Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Exceptions will be noted in "shop news" on the homepage or by individual notice. You will receive an shipment notification via email once your order is shipped. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using the most affordable shipping methods available according to parcel weight. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For a limited time, orders shipped to a US address exceeding $50 receive free shipping.

When you receive a shipment notification, your item has been packaged and stamped. It will be collected by the post office later or the following day. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking info to appear on the USPS website. International shipments cannot always be tracked after they have left the US.

Please note that orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure all information is correct as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to address errors.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your purchase is complete and your order is shipped. Please note that USPS has been experiencing occasional and unpredictable shipping delays. Once your parcel has been accepted by the carrier we cannot be held responsible for orders that have been lost or damaged in transit. 

International Orders

All international packages are marked as “merchandise”. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Memi Yarns is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
